The graphics are excellent for a first flash movie. My first flash movie was sprite, because I animated so damn poorly. This is a very good start. Continue do flash.

Ploease, where did you find this backgrounds and sound effects? I have been looking for that stuff in more than 3 months. PLEASE reply this, PLEASE!!

I took sounds effect from rpg maker (a programm where u can maker ur rpg) and for the background I ripped them from games to games (the tournament background was from FF3)

If you finsish the flash, cut in the sound better and put more effort into the storyline this might be pretty good.
